ഒരു “കൊച്ചു” പുഷ്പം!!

The BBC gave no details about this bird and where is it from. But it looks in between Owl and Parrot with thick sharp claws, too wild looking and fat heavy body. May be it resides only in thick tropical or raining forests with no capacity of high fly but to jump from tree to tree with a strong hunting capacity as its claws and peek indicate.
If this is true then it is probably more like another branch of Owl family but this one has claimatized itself with the tropical or raining forests. As we know Owls can claimetatize themselves any where on Earth and change their colors accordingly.
